Speed comes from the treadmill and a stated +10K like-and-group bonus. Upgrades change the training rate. Rebirth wipes the stat.

Animals that are already placed keep earning Cash while you are offline. No rate or cap is published.
What to buy first
Recorded first shops bought runners and stamina. Expand around 1,000,000 Cash when the base is full. Take a multiplier when the shop offers one.

The first observed house upgrade cost 1,000,000 Cash and added room immediately. Later tiers and exact slot counts are not published.
How Cash actually increases
Cash comes from placed animals. Faster Cash means a higher egg, more slots, or a multiplier, then a rebirth only at a threshold.
